Precision Door responded very quickly to what I considered a disastrous situation. The tech, Bryson Kahue, was professional and extremely polite. He was able to get my garage door which was completely bent out of shape back to the point that it was able o be closed. This was something that I honestly did not think would be possible. Mr. Kahue went above and beyond magnificent service. Because of his professional attitude and extremely helpful service I will be buying a new garage door from Precision Door to replace what is now a useless garage door. If all of Precision Door's employees are as helpful and professional as Mr. Kahue they will always get my business and I will whole heartedly recommend them to all my friends and family.

The service is two new Garage doors — one a two car door the other is new construction RV Garage door. The two guys were polite. The sad thing is it takes two weeks to get my estimate and would take eight weeks to get my doors. The telephone service also needs to be improved. The wait to schedule was over 15 minutes. I would still like a bid, I’m hoping I can get one in less than a week.
