I can’t say thank you enough for sending me the best repairman, Robert. What a great employee to represent your company.... Had a horrible experience from another two days prior. They left me in a trapped unsafe situation. I had to do something to fix what was wrong and what they did to try to make it worse. Thankful that my next call was you. Robert was very professional and respectful of me and my problem. He advised me and felt comfortable to move forward to get the job done. Sure wish I could change the first guys but scared they could come back at me???? Nothing right about it but it’s scarey out there. You have any ideas to stop them???? Tell Robert thanks again! Carl and his trainee showed up on time and did great work. Carl was extremely knowledgeable and very patiently and thoroughly explained what was going on with my opener and answered my many questions in detail. I felt very comfortable and confident with the team so I had them proceed and now I have a beautiful new opener that is definitely a step up from the one I had. The hinge pin on my ancient single panel garage door snapped, and since they are no longer made the door needed replacing. They came out within a few days to estimate, and got my order placed. They were in constant communication while my order was being fulfilled. The installer was professional and knew what he was about. Install took about 3 hours and best of all I now have a functional garage door again.

Matthew was honest by saying he had not done this type of repair before (rotating a lock handle). It was a learning experience for both of us. Looking back now, I see a better solution. We could have rotated the handle the other direction. Now I have to push down on the inside handle while lifting up on the door. Conflicting motions. I'll see how this works for now. Otherwise I'm pleased with the door and the service.
