Your service people are all good. The problem was the delicate wiring--thin little white sensor wires--that came loose during our spring cleaning. The diagram on page 14 of your manual has one white wire and one checker-board, but in the real world of my garage both wires look white. Therefore, when I tried to reconnect the wires, I did it wrong. Don't get me wrong. The Marantec is a great machine. And you folks at Precision have rescued us more than once. But if you have an influence at Marantec, you might drop them a note about the sensor connection that breed confusion in the eye of the homeowner-customer. Tell them: this important connection is CHEAP. Again, the service was great. Mister Leone was polite and full of knowledge. And thanks for riding to the rescue at full speed! RJ Ray in Seattle.
