JP was able to quickly figure out what needed to be fixed and took care of the issue swiftly. I now have a properly functioning garage door again. It was a little expensive but service calls usually are. I would absolutely do business with Precision Door again should the need arise.

I was interested in two things: Needed my garage doors serviced and get a quote on installing automatic garage door openers. I had another company out yesterday and they quoted me an installation that Evan said would not work. I didn't have sufficient space to install the motors. The guy yesterday said I didn't need a tune-up on the doors, they were fine in spite of the fact they were extremely difficult to open or close and their was an ear piercing screech when they were in use. Evan did a complete tune-up and they work perfectly now and are as quiet as a mouse after he replaced the rollers, adjusted the door spring and lubricated everything. So am I pleased with Precision?? Hell yes! Would I recommend them?? Absolutely!
