Can't say enough about the great service we had with Chasen Leone and his trainee. Chasen inspected and checked all parts of the garage door, motors etc. He reviewed and offered options with me for the repairs needed in words that were easy to understand. Said springs might last a couple years. Since I had two knowledgeable workers here and when asked they had springs on their truck, we opted to get the springs replaced now. Turns out there wasn’t anything broken, Jake discovered that the thieves picked the emergency release to get in. He reset the lock and the door works perfectly !! He was friendly and professional I feel bad wasting his time but safer knowing that nothing is broken and working fine. The thieves were just persistent. I will have to get security from the inside set up. Thanks for all your help!! You folks are the best!!
