The tech was available to meet early, so we were able to get started ahead of schedule. My garage doors were in bad shape, so I decided to replace them both completely - new triple-core doors, rollers, springs, belt drive motors - the whole 9 yards. The tech had samples of the different door types to show us, and clearly explained the differences between each of the types. He also provided us with a catalog and explained the various design and color options that were available. After that, he took some measurements, answered a few more questions I had about the replacement and installation process, and was on his way. The whole visit was complete in under an hour. Wesley was a great tech - I was highly satisfied with his services, and would recommend him (and Precision) to others!
