The rubber seal had moved on my garage door that Precision had installed 6 months ago. When I notified them their service was excellent. They sent a technician out the next day to fix the problem. No charge and very courteous! I highly recommend this company.

The sales rep and tech were great. They were polite, knowledgeable and hard working. However, we were sent the wrong door the first time and sent a dented door the second time (apparently a warehouse issue?). The door finally got fixed yesterday. This process took over three months. All the while we could not open our garage. The call centers were not helpful as they could provide no insight on anything that been ordered or when said orders would arrive. I called half a dozen times over the past three months and was either told that they didn’t know what was going on or they claimed someone else did and when sent to them I would get the same answer. Nobody held accountability to how the mistakes were made. I felt like I was held hostage to the company because we had put down a deposit. We were never offered an apology, a discount for our trouble or told we would be a priority once our order arrived. I spent hours on hold listening to that god awful song that ironically claims that Precision Door fixes your door right “the first time”. Im glad to have my door fixed but in all, this was a terrible experience.

Jeff did a great job with the installation. He was there right at 8 AM (time window 8AM-10AM). They immediately unloaded and got right to work. I checked on them throughout the morning and they took the time to explain things as they were going about the job. When completed, they did a thorough clean up and then Jeff walked me through the use of the door openers and how to maintain the door rollers for a longer life. Jeff and his helper were professional and courteous and did a great job. I would highly recommend Jeff and the Precision team.
