Here it is Saturday AM on January 2,2021 and garage door opener does not work. The company that sold and installed opener in 2017 only opened 8-5 , M-F.
Precision has 24/7 service, so when I called at 0730 operator said she could send technician out by 10-12. He called at 0900 and got here @0930.
Nathan Williams Tech. was so helpful and very pro active in sharing information.

Techs were outstanding - polite, communicative, careful. The end result is perfect and very quiet. My only suggestion is that the techs should have swept the floor after finishing the job. There were several metal fragments (from cutting pieces to length) found later that might have caused an issue with car tires.

It would be nice to have a description on the receipt of what was done. Stating that it was a crashed door doesn’t really cut it. Would be nice to know what was done to fix the crashed door. Like broken spring, cable or motor??? I the homeowner wasn’t present so therefore didn’t get to hear the verbal description. A written description on the invoice would have been great!
