Sean arrived on time and answered all our questions. I fully had the intention of obtaining other estimates but because of his professionalism and demeanor, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. The belt drive opener works like a charm and is no where near the noise level as our other chain opener. When the other one needs replacing, I know who to go to.

On the phone I was told 59.99 for a service call. The cables on my garage were misaligned. I told the tech to let me know what the charges will be because I was gone. Then I get an email with the invoice saying an additional 199.99 on top of the 59.99 and I'm unsure what it is for. Almost $300 for placing cables back in the grooves sounds funny. For future clients, I suggest you make them tell you how much the charges will before performing the work. I DID appreciate that they answered the phone when I called last night and they were able to get me in the next day. Also, both folks on the phone were kind and professional.

Excellent service! Not only was it same-day, but Jake was ahead of schedule and I was home, so in a win-win he came about three hours early (with 20 minute notice). Turns out the repair was super simple and because we were so flexible on time they didn’t even charge me. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door (they had installed the opener and repaired all of the door hardware several years ago). Two thumbs up!
