Technician diagnosed and explained the damage caused by the broken spring. I chose to buy the upgrade spring. He also found that the spring tube bearings were worn and recommended replacement to extend new spring life. He was not offended when I watched him and he answered questions as I am one who likes to know how things work. Job completed and door works fine. Thanks.
