We had 2 garage doors with openers installed. The installer was Matthew Guerrero not Nikolai Bauer as shown below. Mathew did a really great job. I tried to get the name fixed on this review so that Matthew would get the appropriate credit but after 3 phone calls and being told someone would call back to fix the issue I gave up when no one ever called. I also had a technical question for which I did get a call back. Bottom line is Matthew and the technical side did a good job but Precision's customer service is poor.

I can't say enough good things about the service that we received from Nathan Williams. When the springs on our door broke at 5:00 PM Friday night Nathan came all the way from Monroe. He lowered our door and insured that it was locked that night and over the weekend. Once the required parts were available he quickly replaced the springs and gave us some valuable advice going forward. We genuinely appreciate the way he communicated with us throughout the process. We will definitely recommend and use Precision Door Service from now on.
