Communication to set up the appointment was clear and followed up with an email to let us know who would be coming. Ronald called about 20" before arriving (at the beginning of the two hour window).
He gave us information about our old installation, assessed what he could provide, offered a replacement and had it available. He accomplished the work in short order. He also offered preventive advice about fixing something that might later cause a problem. We appreciated his looking at the overall picture.
