Prompt professional install but refuse to provide a way to get a replacement garage door opener without first having a technician unnecessarily come out along with associated fee. What should be a $30 purchase at most for a replacement easily turns into $200+. I recommend not locking yourself into precision door and using any of the publicly available openers for which replacement remotes can be more easily purchased.
