I talked with Mr. Joseph about what I was seeing with our old garage door...ie, slow opening, lights blinking on garage door motor. I suspected the blinking lights were a sign of something bad. This opener was installed in 2004. After about 5 seconds of thought I decided to replace the motor, which Mr. Joseph did the next day. The replacement went faster than expected, was very smoothly done, and he reprogrammed the remotes, the key pad, and the cars.
