When it did come in scheduling the install date was under a month out to schedule. The install guy was great too. Was fast, cleaned up after himself and also friendly.

We needed a new garage door so a guy from Precision came out and tried to repair our broken door but there was no way. So we chose to replace our door with one from their warehouse and since there was a special offer at the time of a free opener we got that too. A few weeks later the two installation guys came out and got everything done in a couple of hours. They were great guys who knew what they were doing. The new door and opener combination is a huge improvement over our previous one. The design of the door makes it much stronger than the one that broke. The included opener is a belt drive model replacing a noisy screw drive one. Unlike our previous door and opener, this combination is practically silent as it opens and closes. The price was fair and I am grateful for the friendly high quality experience we had with Precision!

Chris was very nice. Answered all my questions and was very courteous. When job was complete there was a problem with motor. No one offered me a motor with my garage door. No one offered me a special when they inspected my door. No one told me a heavier door required a bigger motor than I have. Took my credit card for 60% upfront charge did NOT show up on paperwork Chris showed me. So I gave card again for entire amount. I now have a new door and it still doesn't work. No fault of Chris. I am not happy. This was not Chris's fault. He gets 5 stars.
