Nicholas Alby was my technician. He was on time and professional. During a power outage I disconnected the garage door from the opener. I could not get to door to re-engage. Nicholas was able to re-engage the door with a little effort fairly quickly. Great service.

I've called Precision three times because our garage door has been problematic (the home builder didn't do things right), and all three times they were excellent. Got here quickly and on time, knew what they were doing, very professional and knowledgable. Even though they always had bad news for me about what our home builder had done, they were very candid and compassionate in giving me the bad news. I'll probably see them once a year until I can afford to replace the entire door. Prices are very reasonable, and on one visit where the guy wasn't carrying what turned out to be my "custom" springs in his vehicle he didn't even charge me for the visit. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I don't know what I would have done if the opener hadn't been fixed last night. They took my call at 5:15am on a Sunday, made an Appt for Monday, then called and said they could do it Sunday afternoon and came out and made the adjustment for free!
