Precision garage doors was great. They figured out what was wrong with our door right away and fixed it quickly. They let us know when they would be coming and showed up on time. They were very knowledgeable about garage doors! I will call them again if I have any other garage door issues.

Wesley Campbell provided great customer service with calling to announce arrival time, including a picture, of course his car covered with the Precision logo would have been a good clue... Quickly measured and offered various alternatives. Precision came highly recommended by a known contractor, so ordered the door on the spot.
But let's face it, most companies do a great job selling their products, the install in a couple weeks (needed a customed order door) will be the review worth reading.

In my search for garage doors I worked with several companies to get estimates. No other company was as responsive or knowledgeable as Precision Door. They were able to schedule an immediate appointment for an in home visit. Communication about the appointment and arrival time was excellent. Wes with Precision door was on time, very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Precision Door was the 3rd company I worked with so I was surprised at how much I learned from Wes. I had three estimates in hand immediately at the end of the visit. The price was very competitive compared to the others and the delivery for the doors was 1/2 the time of others. I absolutely recommend this company.

I want to thank Nicholas the tech that first came out and explained all problem with our garage door. He gave us 6 options to choose from, 1 just replace springs.(as I requested). With all the problems we decided to replace the door. (old door 35 years old). The Nicholas was in no way pushing for total door replacement. He left the choice up to us. Nicholas made temp. repairs to hold over until the door came. in. All working now. Thanks. Later that evening we received a call for Precision Garage Doors and asked if they could install the new door about 1:00pm next day. We said yes. About an hour later we received another call from the installing tech (Jeffree) and asked if 8:30 am was to early. We said no and that was OK. Jeffree arrived at 8:30 the next morning and installed our new door and hardware. I am very happy with both techs positive attitude and the way the worked. I Would refer to anybody that needs garage door repairs or replacement.
