WOW! So impressed with JP Felix of Precision Door. Garage door broke, called Precision, they schedule next day. JP was running way ahead schedule so was able to come early. Precision provided a picture of our technician with some personal data. Thought that was a nice touch to know who was coming to my home.
He assessed the situation provided an estimate and then got to work. He finished under the time he suggested and under the estimate. Way to set expectations! He even shared some good tips on maintaining the health of the doors as well as a brochure of new doors and estimated lead times.
