Garage door was possessed, I called Precision to schedule service. The tech arrived about an hour later, confirmed a poltergeist in the 22+ year old opener. JP rapidly exorcised the demon through full replacement of the opener, and never before has my garage door opened so smoothly and quietly. Great job!

Unfortunately still no fully functioning doors. Technician is trying ,but now seems to be the wrong circuit boards delivered for the 2 openers. The saga continues wait again for another set of parts to try.

Our installer Nikolai called to let us know when he left the office and when to expect him and was there exactly on time as scheduled. There was an issue with the garage door fitting exactly due to the building being old and the cement flooring not perfectly level but he talked to us about different options to make sure it was installed as best as it could be. It turned out very well and we are very pleased with his work and professionalism.
