Great service. Technician, Justin, was able to come out earlier than scheduled. He was very professional and assessed what needed to be done to repair the door and was also able to install a keypad that I requested on the website. Our installer Nikolai called to let us know when he left the office and when to expect him and was there exactly on time as scheduled. There was an issue with the garage door fitting exactly due to the building being old and the cement flooring not perfectly level but he talked to us about different options to make sure it was installed as best as it could be. It turned out very well and we are very pleased with his work and professionalism.

I called in at noon and had a tech at my house by 4:00. Mike was skilled and detail oriented. He even waited for me to get home even though he had finished, explained everything to my daughter and was done for the day. You can't ask for better service in my book.
