Jake was very quick to assess the condition of the door, what caused the problem, and proceeded directly to repairing the problem, as well as servicing the problem door as well as the partner door!
He serviced and lubricated both doors, tested and adjusted them as needed.
He was friendly, answered questions, and was quick and efficient!
