Our garage door was broken and it did not work. Chris from precision Of Seattle came out to give me an estimate and detail all the needed repairs! He put together a package and the best outcome available and present it to me in a very professional courteous way being helpful while doing it and making sure that I understood everything needed to know regarding the repair and the timeframe to do so. I was very pleased with the field tech Chris Wilde. Ultimately the way he presented me the package to repair our garage door is what made us decide to go with this company! Chris was very courteous and caring for our needs while being professional and a great representative for his company! Justin called in route and was on time. He assessed the rollers I called about and did a full inspection of the door hardware/hinges/spring/roller.
He provided a 6 month maintenance plan I could do to keep the door and hardware in shape. He resolved the roller issue, that were under warranty; he did a complete door tune-up on both doors. Very happy with his work and professionalism.
