These guys are great--very responsive and fully accountable for their work. My newly install door opener was making a terrible loud noise. I understand that sometimes a new rail will cause that to happen. I called the company and they came out the same day to take care of the issue. The two installer were Drew and Evan--both were on time and very professionals. I highly recommend them for any of your garage door issues.

After he did an evaluation of our door we chose to get a new motor due to ours being original. The install went smooth and quickly. I am very pleased with your doors. Of the four companies from whom I received a quote to install new garage doors yours was the only one that seemed professional, which surprised me. One salesman even told me that all garage doors were made of aluminum and none were made of steel. You have a good product and a good salesman. Your installer was personable and did a good job except for the following two small items.
1- I had to notice that there was light coming in under one of the garage doors when it closed, which he quickly adjusted. But I shouldn't have had to notice that, and I wonder what would have happened if I missed that. The installer needs to be more detail-oriented.
2-I have two garage doors and when the garage door opener was installed the button to open the right-hand drawer was wired to open the left-hand door and the button to open the left-hand door was wired to the right-hand button. It is confusing for us because this is counter-intuitive and we often press the wrong button.
I would appreciate it if you would send someone to change the wiring of these buttons. It should only take about 15 minutes for someone who is in the process of installing a garage door in our vicinity.
