Tech Mike Rotermund was on time and called to let me know when he would arrive. He gave me a quote for the service, which I approved, and did an excellent job. I have used Precision Door since my garage was built in 2005. They perform annual maintenance to ensure the garage door runs efficiently. If it was not for the pandemic in 2020, the garage door would not have been broken. They would have seen and recommended sooner the replacement of the springs.
