This time was fine; however, it was the fourth visit by a Precision technician. The first employee who came out to give us two working garage door remote controls also installed two lightbulbs in our garage door opener, at my request. I had LED lightbulbs available, so that's what I handed him. He never mentioned that LED lightbulbs can cause signal interference with the remotes; I feel like that's something he should have known and mentioned to me at that time. I would have gotten standard lightbulbs to install instead. It was not until today, the fourth visit by an employee of Precision, that I found this out; he removed the LED lightbulbs and now our garage door and our remotes work, consistently. But I really feel like the first visit should have accomplished what the fourth visit finally did.
