Sean McCoy of Precision Garage Door Seattle came out today to replace a broken garage door spring at my home. He was responsive, communicative, efficient and friendly. The spring was replaced and tested successfully, allowing our garage door to resume normal operation. He inspected the whole system and recommended future maintenance items and even voluntarily tightened up some bolts as a courtesy.
