Mike did his best to get our undersized opener operating, and it worked for a week or so but now is struggling to lift the door. He also reconnected the wall switch that got left disconnected when it was reinstalled. I have requested a quote for a new, more appropriately sized opener.

Tech Mike Rotermund was on time and called to let me know when he would arrive. He gave me a quote for the service, which I approved, and did an excellent job. I have used Precision Door since my garage was built in 2005. They perform annual maintenance to ensure the garage door runs efficiently. If it was not for the pandemic in 2020, the garage door would not have been broken. They would have seen and recommended sooner the replacement of the springs. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service and if you are able to request Mike Rotermund, you won't be disappointed.

Communication to set up the appointment was clear and followed up with an email to let us know who would be coming. Ronald called about 20" before arriving (at the beginning of the two hour window). He gave us information about our old installation, assessed what he could provide, offered a replacement and had it available. He accomplished the work in short order. He also offered preventive advice about fixing something that might later cause a problem. We appreciated his looking at the overall picture.
