Mike Rotermund was the tech and he did a great job. Not only replacing the broken torsion spring but also fixed the issue with the safety sensors causing the garage door to not open when the sun was on the door. The garage door works as good as new. Thanks Mike!

Justin repair our garage door spring that broke yesterday.
Justin called while on his way to confirm the appointment and to let me know he would be early.
Informed Justin I would leave working at food pantry to meet him.
So glad he was able to come a little early and to reach out let me know.
We arrived at the same time.
Justin evaluated the break, determined we had an older style spring and recommended a new system, have me an estimate and immediately went went to work replacing door opening spring in less that an hour.
