My garage door remote was not working well even with a new battery. I would need to get right in front of the garage door to open with the remote. The Precision Door tech -Carl -replaced the receiver module on the garage door opener motor and it is not working like before. It took 1 minute to fix this. They came the same day (although hours later than originally expected), and did a fine job with the repair. I was pretty surprised that a broken spring became an $1100 repair, however, but didn't have a lot of choice at that point.

Our installer Nikolai was an enjoyable expert to have for the project. He was clean, communicative, showed me all new aspects and completed the job with impressive workmanship. His service level saved this experience from landing an average to poor rating.
Only reason we weren't 5 star happy was the initial 3-4 month wait period for the product, and we had 2 appointments scheduled and rescheduled due to product issues. Overall I'd still work with Precision again on the next project!
