2 problems:
#1: power cable on one of the openers would reach to the outlet. It was only 6ft long,
installer would not supply an extension cord. I had to use of my long yard cords and
hang coiled cord up to ceiling, very ugly! Since 6ft is plug-able, you should have
longer cords available for installation. I payed for a complete installation, why should
I have supply parts to complete the installation.
#2 One of mounting brackets for the rail system cut into one of my telephone lines and
shorted out my whole phone system. I didn't realize my phones were not working for 2
days. I called xfinity who supplies my phone service and they found the shorted line
and disconnected it. All the other lines were ok after the bad line was disconnected.
I then inspected the line and found where it was shorted. That line will not work until
it is repaired

They did what they said they would do and the estimate appointment went well. No pressure or upsale tactics. They gave the facts and plenty of time to make decisions. The tech was knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. He was respectful and quite efficient.
I didn’t give 5 stars as I was unaware of a charge for the estimate. I should’ve done more research ahead of time or specifically asked that question when I booked the appointment. Otherwise the appointment went exactly as expected.

The tech was very knowledgeable and gave me options for doors from basic to fully insulated. He also recommend replacement on one of two motors, not both. That put me at ease as he could’ve easily suggested to replace both motors as they are both on the older side. He was in and out quickly and in a professional manner.
The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I didn’t read the fine print and wasn’t aware I would be charged to get an estimate. I had no problem paying the charge, but I should’ve either done more research to determine if there was a charge or specifically asked when I set up the appointment.
