We can't thank you enough for the prompt and professional service we received from Karlou and his assistant, Robert! The spring on our garage door broke very unexpectedly with a vehicle trapped in the garage. We had seen ads for Precision Garage Doors on TV and when we called for help, we were able to secure an appointment the next day (which due to Covid, we were very thankful for!). Communication from the company was top notch with both email and text conformation sent regarding our appointment time. And in addition, a picture of Karlou and a short biography were sent prior to his arrival. We were also pleasantly surprised when our appointment window was moved to earlier in the day. Our garage door is now fixed and we are back in business. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience!

Door spring broke at 4:00 pm. That evening, the Tech called 25 minutes before arriving and arrived at time stated by dispatcher. Spring was replaced and tested in about 30 minutes. Tech was friendly, professional, and informative. Price was reasonable and as expected based on Google FAQ on repairs. I would definitely recommend Precision to neighbors.
