Overall we're pleased with the new door and opener. Mathew did a wonderful job very clean install and overcame a problem upon arrival that could have set us back. So far, it seems to work as it should.
Only complaint I have is that the black casing which surrounds the motor is cracked. I trust you can provide a replacement.
