The service noted is wrong. Ben replaced all of the wheels that run in the tracks. He worked quickly and did a fine job. The wheels, however, were quite expensive and it does seem silly that ALL of them needed to be replaced as they were only sold as a complete set. But I expect that's not Ben's fault. By the way, the spring repair was done a number of years ago.
