Whatever you are paying Austin, it is not enough! He was on time, very polite, knowledgeable, took time to explain what he was going to do and how long it would take. Not a high pressure sales person, which I appreciate, but explained options to improve the workability of the garage door now and in the future. All at a very reasonable price i thought. I will definitely recommend to family and friends Precision Door service and in particular Austin Kephart in the future.
My only complaint is with Precisions requirement that all scheduling for repairs be done through a central office, Florida I think. I would much prefer to have a local contact for scheduling and follow up,
