I was able to schedule a visit for the next day, all online, and Technician was able to show up early, but contacted me first. He was courteous and able to answer all my questions, presented several options which included some preventative measures, and then completed all the work at that time, leaving nothing to clean up.
Overall I'm very happy with the level of workmanship and can feel confident my garage door will continue to operate as expected for several years to come.
Precision will continue to be my first choice for future needs.
