I really like your mantra: "happy customer", and Robert is a prime example. He was on time (even early), courteous and professional and a technical expert. I also very much like the way you keep your customers informed with quick SMS's- even with a picture of the technician I was about to meet. Excellent idea. We were able to get a garage door replaced in days rather than weeks, saving us a lot of hassle when our very old door stopped working. Matt G. installed the new door, and it is much more tightly fitted than our old one. Our garage is noticeably warmer already! The opener is quiet and the motion smooth.

Chris Thoennes was great- very nice and knowledgeable. Also, Madelyn is wonderful- always called me back when she said she would. Other than those two lovely people I’ve had an absolute nightmare of an experience with the company. They archived my order several times, saying that the work was complete when it was in NO WAY CLOSE TO BEING FINISHED. My parts were never ordered- this happened a couple of times. I’ve been waiting on a new spring for over a month now.. VERY FRUSTRATING. Very unprofessional, very frustrating and I shouldn’t have to go through this sort of thing just to get my door fixed. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
