I wish I had filmed the whole garage door installation so I could show everybody what an incredible job Sean did in an impossible situation! When I bought my house the garage door was broken and rotted all the way through on both sides. You had to be an extreme weightlifter to be able to open the door, and forget about closing it! The door always got lodged against the crooked side walls, requiring you to jump up about 4’ and jump on top of it with a good body slam. Not a pretty look for a 69-year old woman! Sean arrived with a great attitude on a very cold, grey, slushy day (aka Seattle). His trainee had to leave and he stayed for many hours afterwards to make sure it worked just right. He had to do a lot of jerry-rigging and caulking and he did it with care and pride. Because of the pandemic, the supply chain logjam, and well, 2020 —I had to wait six months before this could be scheduled and it was really, really worth it!

We returned to Seattle from a weekend away over Christmas and were dismayed to find that our garage door was malfunctioning. Given the snow and bad road conditions, I figured it would take weeks to get someone out to fix it. I called Precision Door to get on the schedule and to my great surprise, I was able to schedule an appointment that day. Robert Mathews arrived and impressed me with his knowledge and expertise. That guy knows all about garage doors! Ours is nearly 40 years old and in need of replacement, but Robert was able to buy us some time. He insisted on staying into the evening until he got it operational. He said, "I wouldn't want to have someone leave MY parents in your situation and I'll sleep better if I get the job done tonight." Excellent! Excellent! Wes came out Dec 11, 2021, and gave an estimate, he was informative, helpful, professional. Today, Dec 21, 2021, the new garage door was installed by Dan and Chris. It showed they took pride in their work. They did a great job taking out the old door and installing, testing the new one. Dan walked me through the remote functions, that was helpful. Very happy to have the new door, no more scaping ice off the car windows in the winter. Less chance the car will be vandalized. Alexandra Jesse

Great emergency service. The coiling garage door for my commercial building malfunctioned on a Sunday evening and was stuck open. Precision Door had a technician out in less than 2 hours on an emergency basis. The coiling mechanism was repaired and the door was operational. Thankfully, it was not open overnight as it would have been otherwise. 100% satisfied!
