Truly far beyond what I had expected. I am not technical and often worried that technicians will take advantage of me. Carl was so pleasant and so knowledgeable and so very willing to work within my budget that I cannot possibly speak highly enough of him and the company he represents. Literally called around noon and by 5:00 the same day at a garage door that was fixed and working flawlessly. Great company, great individuals. Scale of one to five they are six stars

Techs were outstanding - polite, communicative, careful. The end result is perfect and very quiet. My only suggestion is that the techs should have swept the floor after finishing the job. There were several metal fragments (from cutting pieces to length) found later that might have caused an issue with car tires.

I had an intermittent opening issue with the 4 year old opener. I called Precision and they had a technician out within the day. They called when they were within 1/2 hour of arrival. That is really helpful. Several options were tried over the course of several weeks. Each time it appeared to work for days only to malfunction and open on its own again. I called and again terrific service and response. Eventually on the 3rd attempt they did not find an answer and replaced the motor and all is well and working now for weeks without an issue. I was not unhappy with the number of visits as they ran through multiple options to correct the problem. When all else failed they stepped up and simply replaced it. How great is that? I have been using Precision for all my garage door needs, broken springs etc. and will continue to do so. Again, their service and response time is fabulous. Thank again Precision.
