Nikolai was very courteous and professional. Two items will need to be ordered and then installed. The large door had wrong color of trim around the windows. Small door was correct. Springs were not the upgraded springs ordered. Otherwise the doors are very nice and we look forward to enjoying them once everything is complete.

Carlo was fantastic; professional and personable. I have never installed a garage door opener that left me genuinely happy - like walking out with the newest TV. Love that it has an internal, back-up battery so I still has a few uses during a power outage, is wi-if enabled so I can check if it is open from anywhere and that it has a locking deadbolt; something that actually makes me feel my family is safer. Would definitely recommend Precision and will continue to be a loyal, first-call customer.

The work looks good. I asked the tech about the rubber that is bent inward on one of the garage door. He seemed a little irritated, he said its purpose to keep the floor insulated. For $3000 I want the garage door look good not just function well. The garage is the most visible part of my house from the street. Other than that, he was in time finished the work in the estimated time and over all did a good job..
