Carl Richardson did an excellent job of explaining what was wrong with my garage door. He repaired and replaced all the necessary equipment/parts and now my garage door slides up and down quietly, smoothly and no longer bangs into the garage floor. Carl also pointed out broken gears inside the old door opener that was causing problems. He replaced that as well and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you, Carl!!!

Great job. So pleased with the new door. Still some concern for the door seal, hoping the seal will improve as the weather warms up. Techs seemed to do the best they could to compensate for the settled concrete floor.
