Spring was ok. Power surge had cause motor malfunction. After tech checked trsck, emergency disconnect and felt door weight,we ran the door up and down several times and it operated perfectly

The answering service failed_- I requested 1 or 2 handheld and 3 key fob openers. i more than once stated i wanted the 3 key ring garage door openers. The technician did not transfer correctly what i wanted! I repeated more than once that the key openers were important. In fact he was curt, claiming he understood. So Jake arrived with 3 handheld openers and not 1 key fob opener. The service provided by Jake was 5 ***** As requested he programmed my garage door openers as well as my car. I hope you value Jake as he is customer oriented and has the people skills to insure your customers will be satisfied at the end of the job. Give him a raise as young men with his demeanor are hard to find. Thank you

Awesome customer service, by Chasen (engaging personality) and an experienced intern (name?). This was re-repair which needed a bit more tweaking. They both had input into solving the problem and with a few small parts and some changes to the framework, they repaired it quickly at No Charge. That was a positive conclusion, and I'm enormously grateful for their quick service and professional attitude.
