Robert came right out, also kept me advised of the time he would be here. Was punctual. My garage door opener would not work. I thought it was the battery. He looked at the keypad and then got a ladder and noticed that the plug was loose. He plugged it in and everything worked. He tested and re-tested everything. I had a new roof put on the house (men were here picking up the extra product that they had not used) and it was the continuous pounding on the garage roof that had loosened the cord. I appreciated that Robert used his head and within minutes found and fixed the problem. He could have fiddled around with the keypad and changed a battery, etc., and I would never have been the wiser. Thank you, Robert.

Technician never came out for quote. Still waiting. Might just choose another vendor. Cannot keep waiting. 3rd time technicians tried coming to property at end of shift, only to tell me they were an hour and a half away etc. If quote cant be done this week, I will move on.
