I'm really pleased with how smoothly and quickly the process of replacing our garage system went, from great communication to total project cost. I wish all home improvement projects would go this smoothly and hopefully, we'll have many smooth operating years with this new system!
The estimator had door samples in his car so I could get an idea of what the door would look like and the difference in insulation (r-values) inside the door without stepping foot in a showroom. Although, I was not particularly picky about the exact final look of the door so seeing the samples was good enough for me. After getting several estimates and deciding to move forward with their very reasonable quote, they were able to schedule the work to start just a few days later. The installation process went very smoothly -- the installer, Matthew, was really professional and cordial, he called to let me know when he would be arriving and arrived when he said he would. He gave me a rundown of what would be done and how. The install took just a few hours and they left behind a clean garage and a perfectly installed, quiet new garage door and system.
