Awesome customer service, by Chasen (engaging personality) and an experienced intern (name?). This was re-repair which needed a bit more tweaking. They both had input into solving the problem and with a few small parts and some changes to the framework, they repaired it quickly at No Charge. That was a positive conclusion, and I'm enormously grateful for their quick service and professional attitude.

As always, the Precision Door Service excels at customer service, including being on time for their appointment span and overall great friendliness. Austin explained what he found about our garage door that should be oiled, updated or otherwise, just normal maintenance. I have limited knowledge about garage doors and always appreciate a straight talker that takes a few minutes to explain what he has seen and what the recommendation he is making.

Called ahead of time to verify he was on his way. Sent picture of himself so I would know him when he arrived. Introduced himself and was very complete in explaining the problem and what needed to be done. Explain different options and payments. Went right to work and completed in very little time.
