Carlo did a great job repairing out broken spring on our door. He was courteous, professional and attacked the job. He also took the time to make sure several function of the operating door were working properly and gave me some maintenance advice to make sure my doors would continue to function properly.
I make one mistake. He sent me my paid bill receipt via email, but I accidentally hit the delete button so I don't have a copy of my paid bill. Please have Carlo send me copy of paid bill AGAIN via email address gnwcaatman2013@gmail.com

Nikolai is working hard to fix a bad situation. My door is fitting better but it looks like I will always have a gap between my garage floor and the door. This is very upsetting due to me being told that the slope in my garage was not a problem and your team could make it work. The small gap is better than the large gap, but from my perspective it’s still a gap. Not a happy customer
