I called Precision to repair my garage door. It was not opening and closing. I called on Saturday and made an appointment and the appointment was set for the following day between 8 to 10 AM. I received a call from Evan at 730 and he let me know he would be on time and arrive at 830. Evan was professional and was here for less that an hour and fixed my door. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs a professional company to repair their garage door!

Actually my service call was to get a remote garage door opener for my car. I didn't know that there was a broken spring. JP fixed the spring and got my remote device set up very quickly as well as pointed out some additional work that could be done to extend the life of my system. :-)

Hi, I placed a deposit for my customer on 11/20. I am assuming we have an order in process but it is now 1/12 and I have not had any updates for scheduling nor time frames. CAn someone please call with updates. On the original ordering process I had to chase down salespeople etc to even place the order. A bit disappointing to say the least.
