Called three garage door companies but the first one's front desk help was not pleasant to talk to, the second one was fully booked and can do ours in three days. I called Precision and Kim who answered the phone was very accomodating and did not sound in a rush to answer my call, pleasant phone voice and courteous. The next day Ty, the technician called and came to check out and told me what he found needed to be done including the charges. He also jumps our car parked in the garage so it can be moved out.Ty Lennier and Kim are very good assets of the company. I will recommend this co. to my friends!!!

Duchaum not only fixed the problem with our door, he gave a “class” on garage door maintenance for those items I could be doing. Very knowledgeable and through. Will always request him in the future.
Also, the individual that took the appointment when I called was friendly, efficient and had all of our information correct. Can’t say that for every service group we work with.

The service albeit slow as Order was placed late Oct and was finally delivered mid-March, was great. Their communication regarding delivery flawless and Nikolai was very professional. Unfortunately one panel was damaged however he assured me this would reordered and replaced. I am hoping this will happen before next Halloween!

I'm so glad I had my garage door checked by Bryson from Precision Door. He was very friendly and punctual. I explained to Bryson the issue I was having and he did a 360 degree multipoint check almost, from the motor to the wirings to the sensor, everything! So far, no issues anymore.
