One of our garage door springs broke and it was simply time to replace 25 year old motors and door hardware. We made an appointment online and everything was finished two days later in a single visit! Our technician, Taylor Gleave, arrived promptly after calling in advance and was very helpful and knowledgeable. After discussing various options and agreeing on a solution, he installed two new openers and all new door hardware (springs, rollers, bushings, the works) (but kept the same door panels) and made sure everything was setup and working in about 5 hours. Going from ancient junky and loud hardware to WiFi enabled whisper silent hardware with cameras that works with Amazon is amazing!

Absolutely terrible experience start to finish on every level.
Install was estimated at 4-6 weeks- took 12. No communication or updates along the way.
Once they came out- they didn’t have all the parts so they couldn’t finish the install.
Then, I scheduled a day for them to come back out to finish, no one showed up and when I called they told me I called and canceled the appointment.
That’s just the tip of the ice burg- but I’ll leave it there.

My garage doors are old and were not sealing at the bottom. Same day and next day appointments were available. Two technicians arrived ahead of time, did a free inspection and gave me options on repair. Work was done quickly and completely. My doors now open and close smoothly after roller replacements and adjustments to the drive system. Bottom seals were replaced.

My technician, Nathan, came to see me today to do my yearly garage door maintenance. After review, he suggested I replaced my rollers which where showing wear and tear and would help alleviate unneeded stress on my door opener and springs. I purchased my door from Precision and have been pleased with the level of quality and professional that is extended to me yearly. I worked with Taylor Rieben who came to my house twice. On the first visit, he provided a detailed assessment of the door repairs (moderate) that were needed, and gave me options of which openers would make the most sense. He was generous with time and very knowledgeable. While the equipment did cost more than if I bought it at Home Depot, he explained why it was better (not assembled from short tracks that are clipped together, etc). On the second visit, today, he spent about 5 hours doing the work. Fixing both doors, replacing 30 year old weather stripping, installing both openers, and helping me set up the MyQ app. I was delighted with his service. The openers are quiet

Great job correcting the last company that did a poor install. Dakota Walsh came to my house for a tune-up on 2 openers another company overcharged me for and installed incorrectly. He fixed their mistakes and did some minor maintenance work and my problems were solved, a great job at a very fair price. Precision Doors is now my go-to!
