Josh Pinkerton from Precision Garage Door Service replaced the torsion spring, 2 ball bearings, 2 cables, and the keypad when the torsion spring of our garage door broke. I called the day before to make an appointment. Josh showed up promptly, and his work was exemplary. Our garage door is old, so it needed a lot of replacement parts. Josh offered 3 price options and we chose the most comprehensive option. The lady who scheduled our appointment was wonderfully helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. The Company also did away with its service charge which is highly appreciated.
