We called Precision Door yesterday when we discovered that our 20 year old garage door opener died. They dispatched Ben Bahr, who came out within 2 hours. He discussed the options to replace the garage door opener that died and and also for a single garage door opener that was still working. We decided to replace both door openers with new belt driven Genie garage door openers. Ben was very professional and did a wonderful job to get them replaced. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend the company and Ben Bahr.

Ben came out and helped me fix an issue I was having with my garage door. He has a friendly and kind personality that was very welcomed when diagnosing the problem. Ben walked me through the garage door system and taught me a few things so I could self-fix some small issues that might come up. I am so impressed with Precision, I called to get a quote, got an appointment for next day, their representative was knowledgeable to advise us on best option, brought samples; so professional. They have inventory so we received a call to schedule installation just 5 days later. Within 10 days of calling to make an appointment our garage doors are installed and looking great. Precision came out to do a 25-point inspection on my 20 year old garage door. They told me I should think about replacing the rail/spring system and, perhaps, the motor. The technician gave me 2 quotes for either or both. I chose to get the motor and rail system replaced. He did the job right then. So now I have peace of mind and a garage door that is 90% quieter than my old one. I'm more than pleased.

We had been having issues for a while with a very slow moving garage door. I decided to call Precision and I’m so glad I did! Our tech Alexander did an incredible job at initially diagnosing the problem and ultimately replacing the whole garage operator unit. He had to rewire the whole system from the previous installer who did it completely wrong. I’m so grateful for his persistence to get the job done right. I’d definitely recommend these guys.

We had a spring break on our garage door and precision were here within two hours. No extra charges for immediate callout Alexander was our technician he was on time super friendly, communicated everything clearly and upfront he got the repair, done fast and clean and explained everything very well. We would not hesitate to use precision door again, and we were already a repeat customer.
Of course, some people choose to do these things themselves, but I know my limitations, and the prices were reasonable and worth it .
