Our Garage door spring broke, I called Precision at 430pm and a technician was at my home before 6pm. They inspected all the garage door parts and gave me quote. They'd all the parts available with them and we're able to fix it right then. The best part, technician told me that one of the parts he thought would need to be changed was actually fine once he opened it up. They might not the cheapest around but stand behind their work and gave 5 years part and labor warranty on it, would definitely recommend them.

Had an old garage opened from 97 and it started acting and not opening or closing properly.
I contacted Precision Garage and got appointment later the same day.
Price was reasonable and I went ahead as the tech was able to install new one immediately.
He did a great job and managed to finish the install within hours.

I was very pleased with my experience using Precision Garage Door Service. Robert was the technician who came out. I just needed a battery back up replacement for my garage door opener which was done pretty quickly. He also checked the overall condition of the garage door and garage door opener. He was very nice and very professional. I really appreciated that he called earlier to update the timing of his arrival and then called again just before he arrived. It was nice to have that information so I could do other things while I waited.
