Chris from precision was amazing. Calling in to get scheduled was really easy online. When the day came, he texted and called when he was 20 minutes out. He did a free estimate that fit my budget and immediate need but didn’t have the parts available in the truck. He asked if he could come back later in the day with the part and do the install. I agreed. Chris came back on time and again texted before he arrived. He completed the repair within an hour of arriving and it was great. Fast service, great customer service, and down to earth guy. I plan on getting some additional work done to my garage and will be asking specifically for Chris. Thank you.

Josh was great. Texted with arrival time and was very prompt. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to assess the problem quickly, gave a clear estimate, and time frame for replacement. He replaced the spring and other parts in about an hour. We will call him again in the future.

Robert Mathews was awesome to work with! He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, fast and efficient, and never rushed us. He made replacing our springs and motor affordable. He made sure we knew how to use the app, keypad and everything before he left. We had the springs, motor, and rollers replaced along with a keypad installed and it ran us a little over $2700. Robert is a great expert technician with garage doors, openers and diagnosis and installation.
Our main spring broke on a two car garage. Robert showed up on time the next day and inspected all aspects of the mechanisms. He confirmed that the rollers were in good shape and didn’t need replacing. Same for motor. He then replaced the older two main springs with 3 new ones which are powder coated and don’t need lubrication. He replaced cable mechanism and adjusted entire system. He even lubricated the other single car garage door.
When the spring first broke, we detached the door from the motor and it was so heavy we had to use a jack and three neighbors to lift it. When Robert was finished, I could lift the door with 3 fingers.
That’s a balancing act that takes a lot of expertise!
