Company was generally great to work with both on the sales and installation side. No issues. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and pleasant. There was a long lead time with our doors but that was due to the manufacturer.

The technician was very nice and considerate but the price vs competitors is why I’m giving Precision doors a 1 star rating, I also got charged a $150 fee for them to come to my house to quote me a price for them to fix. Precision was going to charge me 50 % more for the same service I got from other companies. Also this is not a local company, it’s prob a company run by an investment company.

I was very pleased with PGD being able to get out to fix my garage door the very next day after one of the springs broke. I told them what had happened, and also asked them to install a new side mount door opener, being as the old motor (an overhead mount) was over thirty years old.
The technician arrived early and got started immediately. Being that I wanted to upgrade from the opener that he had with him, he called the office and had one of their other technicians deliver the opener I requested. The work continued while the opener was in route and the job was completed in good time.
They were courteous and knew their job well. The new opener is quieter, smoother operating, and has a battery back-up. Love it! The technician even reprogramed my vehicle's remote to work with both of our garages doors! Would highly recommend them.
